We were shopping around for backsplash in our kitchen Michael Krobot was fantastic and helped every step of the way. We have a nautical themed kitchen and we found the most beautiful mosaic hand crafted tiles he helped with the lay out color scheme and dealing directly with the lady that created our tiles. The 8 week wait for them to be made was well worth it! We plan to go back for our island countertop when it’s time!!

We are SO pleased with the beautiful job Ideal Design did with the renovations to our home. The extensive work was completed professionally, on time and with care. Due to their planning and experience, we were able to avoid major problems. Those that did arise were unexpected, small and quickly corrected. It was wonderful to see progress at the end of every week and see our dream materialize so quickly. Thanks to all at Ideal Design!

Ideal did 3 baths for us from top to bottom. Ana was very helpful and professional. She was always pleasant, responsive to our concerns and prompt in her communication with us. We were very pleased with the work on the whole and the few adjustments were addressed in a timely manner. Some of the contractors through Ideal charged too much and we used our own where we could, which was not a problem..

Such a great experience at Ideal in Hyannis. Specifically,, Ana Merriam’s exceptional design eye, knowledge of product, and unwavering client service was above and beyond. I’d been to many other tile design shops referred to me, but I kept going back to Ideal! Everything ordered was just what I envisioned - and Ana read me like a book! She listened and interpreted my style ideas for professional use. Her idea to draw a cafe wall in kitchen is the centerpiece of the room. I’ll always go to Ideal. Next up: light fixtures! They have everything you could need all in one place.
