Ideal energy solutions recently installed a heat pump at my camp in Greenville. From the start they were very responsive, all hours of the day. They made the whole process very seamless and found rebates that saved me money. I would highly recommend this company. Service was top notch and the install was extremely clean!

We can’t thank them enough!!! Not only were they patient but they couldn’t have been kinder! During the construction the place we were staying lost power and he was going to drive and bring us a generator…. The process was stressful for me but they took the time to explain and answer all my questions. I also appreciated the information on the different products and price to help me make a great choice for my home. The work is fantastic and the other team members are just as kind and great as the owners. Very satisfied and happy with everything. It is also nice that they service their products for those unexpected times.

Both Katie & John were amazing to work with. Not only did I get an immediate response to my inquiry, but they were able to install 2 heat pumps for me in a very timely manner. JP and Rick have been great with the extensive electrical work needed in my home, removing and rewiring the large amount of nob and tube I have, and making sure ALL of the outlets and fixtures are safe and up to code. They have gone above and beyond, ensuring I understood what they were doing and what needed to be done throughout the entire process. I will one hundred percent recommend JP to anyone needing electrical work done on their home or properties and will absolutely be using Ideal Energy Solutions for any future projects requiring electrical work.

We had an issue after a storm where a plow truck got caught in our power line and ripped our junction box and whole house master switch off our house. Ideal Energy Solutions came out immediately and worked all day until dark and completely rewired and redid the electric service, meter, and whole house generator master switch. Our kids and pipes would have froze tonight in the dropping temperatures if he didn’t help us so quickly!
