I'm glad to recommend Ideal. I recently had a repair done by Ideal Fence on a rotting portion of a stockade fence that had been installed by another company. I didn't use the other company because of their poor service. When I called Ideal, they promptly sent someone (Eddy) to look at the fence. He sent a proposal (a reasonable proposal) quickly and when I hired them, they got the job done within the next day or two. When the workers came to do the repair, i realized I wanted a small modification to what Eddy and I had discussed. They called Eddy, who talked with me, and the modification was done, at a small difference in the price. When I need to replace the rest of the old fence, I will definitely call Ideal.

My husband and I had the absolute best experience with Ideal Fence last week. They called us back right away, offered to start immediately and the work was quick and impeccably done. I can't say enough good things about them!

Fence is only six years old. Recently my neighbor where the fence abuts removed the soil and it exposed rotted fence posts. The wood was set directly into the concrete (which should not be done). When questioned we were told by Ideal "that's the way we've done it for 40 years" and they refuse to make it right. So beware of this company. They do sloppy work and don't stand by their work.

Ideal fence did a great job on replacing our fence. Their prices are competitive and the professionalism of the workers was amazing. They completed the job in two days and I couldn’t believe how good of a job they did cleaning up at the end of the first day and again when they finished. And knowing that they will come out and adjust the gates if needed anytime is a comfort- not something we got when we did our fence in our last house.
