We were very happy with our installation and the service from Ideal floors. Wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them! PS. We had left one area of our home in the original tile (not from Ideal floors) when we got our floors done last year by Ideal floors, but after the winter weather some of the old tile popped up and we had to replace them. Ideal floors went out of their way to find the exact flooring we had used last year and they did a great job once again. Thank you!!!

Sean, the representative, was excellent; he brought a lot of flooring options and even arrived before business hours to accommodate my work schedule that day. The installation crew was just as impressive. There were plenty of workers, they installed the carpet perfectly, and cleaned everything up nicely afterward. Great service and workmanship. I love ideal Floors! Sean Alexander is the bomb! He was with me on my carpet project from the beginning to the end. He is soo professional and just outstanding! His installation team was also awesome! They were extremely professional, efficient, and a happy group of professionals. The took extremely care when moving furniture, the cleaned the floors after removing the old carpet, carefully replaced furniture after installing the new carpet, and had my home looking beautiful and extremely neat and clean! We initially hired a general contractor to install over 1,200 square feet of flooring, but unfortunately, he turned out to be completely untrustworthy and unprofessional.
