In all my years dealing with contractors I have never seen a disorganized crew like the one who came to my home. I know it was going to be messy but the way they had my house from the attic to the the basement was completely unacceptable. Didn't even bother to put plastic up to protect my belongings from dust and insulation. Didn't even bother to sweep up at days end. They finished up yesterday and did a half ass clean up. I had to spend hours after cleaning. They left holes unpatched and broke one of my ceiling tiles didn't replace it couldn't even put the ceiling tiles back after they removed them to put the insulation in. I hired Ideal Home Improvement for projects on two houses. They did a great job, going beyond the minimum to do things right. They were able to come up with solutions to problems caused by poor construction in an old house. Having the crew on site worked. They were neat and considerate.

Jason and Jerry were amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and quick. They weatherized our home and cleaned everything when they were done. We would highly recommend them.
