Ideal Nightscape

I am writing this review after a frustrating experience with Ideal Irrigation. I was billed for a total of 2.5 labor hours on Invoice 81443, with the company claiming the technician arrived at 7:21 AM based on GPS. However, I have a timestamped screenshot from my doorbell camera showing the technician arriving at 8:16 AM. The actual time spent on my property was closer to 1.5 hours, meaning I was significantly overcharged. My attempts to resolve this issue were met with unacceptable communication. My initial email went unanswered, and when I finally got through by phone, I was falsely told a voicemail had been left for me. The lack of responsiveness and dishonest claim is concerning. Ideal Irrigation put my system in about 10 years ago giving me an amazing lawn. Just had the septic replaced, the yard was destroyed, broken waterlines popped up everywhere. I called Ideal again, they showed up on time and were very friendly. New layout, all new lines, all new heads, very clean and efficient work and even better the second time. I've used this company twice, I highly recommend them.

We hired ideal for a substantial house/yard lighting project. The owner (Marc) came out personally to meet with me (at 7:30 AM before my work day) to go through design and lighting placement strategy making a number of recommendations that turned out to be perfect. Sean and the crew arrived right on time & were professional throughout the day advising me on the project and discussing anything he felt I should be aware of. This job meant considerable trenching, as well as boring under both the driveway and walkway, but they did an amazing job of leaving the property with little to no signs of their work. Edit: knocking off one star for not installing a blowout connector downstream from new Febco 765-1. Can't properly blowout our new system for the winter Professional and quick work to expand sprinkler zone, worked with us at every stage to make sure property lines/etc were considered Also did a great job with aeration, will do future turf maintenance projects through them

Mike, Shawn & crew showed up at the house first thing in the morning to install irrigation and they were ready to go right off the bat! The guys were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They also were able to make some last-second changes with no hesitation I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of lawn service.
