Our central air started blowing warm and Ideal was recommended by some neighbors online. Carol Ann was very helpful when I called and Johnny came out the next day, even though they were super busy. He fixed it in under 30 minutes and we paid a very fair price. We were so happy with the service- highly recommend!

I never write reviews but Ideal is a special place. We have had humidity in my home getting worse every year. Gary and his staff at Ideal could not have been better. They are compassionate, efficient, able to handle difficult situations, and just simply as good as it gets! I highly recommend them. They are an honest, hardworking establishment which almost doesn't exist any longer. Please use them!

Ideal Refrigeration heating and cooling service is excellent. They installed the furnace in my house 14 years ago. Recently, the furnace motor was worn out. When I called for help, Ideal was very responsive, sent a technician out promptly, and followed up until the work is done to satisfaction. Good customer service, professional, friendly, and the price is competitive.
