Mike and his team are the best! From the first conversation Mike had a clear idea of what we were looking for in our dream basement. He offered great ideas and guidance for us, but more importantly he listened to our suggestions throughout the process. Mike and the team were also very communicative, transparent, and punctual; which made such a large project as easy as possible on us. We have a few other projects planned for the future, and Ideal Remodeling will certainly be our first call!

We hired Mike from Ideal Remodeling for a full remodel of a small bathroom, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The process began with sending a video of the space, which Mike used—along with up-to-date technology—to accurately plan and scale the project. Before demolition even started, Mike and his team (Mike and Justin) carefully prepped the area, protecting nearby spaces with plastic coverings and safeguarding the carpet leading to the bathroom. Throughout the remodel, communication was outstanding. We received daily updates on the plan, along with thoughtful suggestions and options to improve the overall design. My bathroom job was a COMPLETE overhaul. The window needed to move, the door needed to move, and I had scheduling conflicts in the middle of the project due to a vacation. The team was amazing through it all. The planning process was easier than I expected and I was able to see scale model of the layout before committing to anything. They also offered suggestions on details like paint colors and fixtures when it was clear that I was having some decision fatigue. A huge bonus for me was also the way they respected my house (and my dog!). They cleaned up each day, always let me know what was happening, and allowed my dog to say his good mornings and good byes so he wouldn't be worried. We contacted Mike from Ideal to do a complete remodel of a smaller bathroom. The process started with submitting a video of our bathroom for Mike to see and plan. Mike uses the most current technology to get the specifications needed to plan & scale out the project. The job started with prepping for demo. Mike and his team, Mike & Justin, took great precautions to make sure areas around the bathroom were protected by hanging plastic sheets or coverings on the carpet leading to the room. Once the job commenced, we were updated daily about the plan for the day, any possible changes and/or suggestions to enhance the job.
