We had a great experience with the Team at Ideal. We originally called them for a concern with our skylight but soon learned that we also had hail damage from a recent storm on our roof. They helped me start a claim with insurance and made sure the insurance adjuster didn't miss any of the damage. Ideal came out during the insurance inspection. After getting a low quote of the damage from insurance Ideal them took there own time to argue for more money from insurance to cover necessary repairs. In the end, we had a whole new roof and skylight and the work took just 1 LONG day by the workers. The workers were very polite and efficient. They also were respectful of the property as we have a lot of perennials around the house and were thorough with clean up. We are very please and appreciate

Ideal Windows and Doors replaced 19 windows in our hose. Three of those Windows were large picture windows 13 were 6 ft and three were half windows. They also put a window in to replace a doorway on the second floor. They added some blocks below the window to appropriately size the window. They were efficient and did quality work on our house. They communicated very well as to when the windows were being completed and kept on schedule. We enjoyed working with them so much that we are also planning on doing some roofing on our house with them. Our windows did have lead in them and it is a relief to remedy the lead from our historical house. We appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend dealing with them.

The crew arrived on time and did excellent work. They finished in a timely manner and cleaned everything up very nicely. The manager did a great job as the liaison with my insurance company.
