I had a delivery at this location and was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently and quickly I was unloaded. What truly stood out, however, was the incredible hospitality and kindness of the staff. My microwave had stopped working, and one of the forklift operators kindly offered to let me use their break room to heat up my food. Inside, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind and professional lady who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. She offered coffee, snacks, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The entire Bethlehem branch team is absolutely outstanding. Everyone we work with — tech support, sales, training, and even the manufacturer reps — is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They truly make our lives easier and help us perform at a higher level every day. Special shout-out to Rita — she’s always one step ahead, anticipating busy periods or potential delays, and proactively reaching out to be sure our materials are lined up before we even ask. I am a new insulation subcontractor and the ladies that work here Michelle and Rita are so very knowledgeable and helpful on all aspects of insulation that they make my job super easy. They are always welcoming and in good spirits the insulation quality is real good and the prices are excellent. This IDI makes the deliveries in timely fashion and professionally their delivery drivers are really good and professional and the warehouse workers are awesome. The salesperson always help out and are professional. I highly recommend this distributor for any up and comer or already established insulator or do it yourselfers.

Brelsford Insulation Ltd., of North Wales, PA has been a customer of IDI for as long as I can remember. Though we have explored other insulation distributors on occasion, they have always managed to bring us back by providing us with unbeatable service & a quality product, at a great price. Their warehouse staff & sales team are outstanding. During the pandemic & in the immediate aftermath, when supply chains were significantly disrupted & product lines were drastically cut, they went above & beyond, working closely with us to make sure they were able to meet our needs to the best of their ability.
