I have used Mike, Dan and the crew at Idyllwild Appliance and Repair a few times over the years for small repairs. This time I needed a very complex and difficult to install Water Heater Replacement and they came through with flying colors. First the Bradford White Hydro-jet Water Heater they sell is top quality and so much better than the inferior Water Heaters sold at the Big Box Stores. Secondly they did a very detailed, lengthy reconnaissance visit looking at the challenging to get to basement / under house area and taking pictures. This is something a non-local (off the Hill) company would never do. Thirdly their estimate was detailed and accurate to the penny.
