IES Residential

IES was hired to do electrical work at our house. The electrician who showed up on Wednesday was rude and he told us the work would be done by Friday. He showed up Thursday morning, didn't do anything, left and never came back. Friday morning came and went and no sign of him either. The manager was called and he said he'd be there after lunch. I guess he never finished eating because he never showed up. Monday morning he goes back to my house and I ask him why he never came back and he told me they told him "to hold off" which I know is a complete lie. He said the work would now be done on Tuesday. Tried to contact the manager again so he can explain who lied, him or his worker and didn't get a response. Save yourself the headache and DON'T hire IES.

The so called tech while working at the spectrum box, my spectrum services dropped. When I asked him what did he do he couldn't give me an answer. So now I have to wait for spectrum to fix the issue.
