iFix Appliance Repair

This company is awful and very unprofessional all around. I had a scheduled appointment with them on 6/28 and after waiting the entire four hour window they gave me, the office called to say the tech broke down and couldn’t be reached. They apologized and then proceeded to reschedule my appointment for today, 6/29 and gave me a window from 11-3pm. As 3pm nears, I called the office to confirm the tech was on the way and didn’t hear back. Around 2:45pm the tech calls and said he was very behind and would be there within the hour. 5:00pm roles around and the tech went MIA and so did the local office. I then received a notification that the tech canceled my appointment meaning he ignored my phone call to check in. Avoid this company like the plague, very rude and very unprofessional.

Although my appliance could not be repaired by IFix, I highly recommend them. Their staff was extrememly polite and provided additontal to help get my repair completed by some else.
