iFix Appliances came to the rescue with our old fridge several times already. Anton has been super responsive, came out same day every time and his work has been fantastic. We’ve had malfunction with water dispenser, leaked freon and broken freon pump. Anton fixed each problem for us! He is very professional with great customer service skills! We highly recommend iFix and will continue using their services.

Our tech guy Roman did an outstanding job repairing our fridge that completely stopped cooling. Later that same day, IFix came back, replaced the evaporator fan, and cleaned everything thoroughly. They clearly explained what went wrong and what needed to be done. It’s been a week now, and the fridge is holding a perfect 36°F. Couldn’t be happier with the service — highly recommended!

I called iFix Appliances Durham on 12/22/25 about my residential refrigerator/freezer that was not freezing evenly. Their technician Anton came out to check the appliance that same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what repair and part was needed, and gave a reasonable estimate on the cost and timeframe. Anton did an Excellent repair the very next day! I am very pleased with the responsiveness from iFix Appliances!

iFix Appliances is great! They respond quickly to questions and scheduling requests. Their prices seem fair, and they even apply the visit/diagnosis fee toward the repair cost, which saves you some money. Roman really knows his stuff and is a very nice person. I’ve had a few issues with my Samsung refrigerator (like many others), and Roman has been able to fix each one quickly and without hesitation. I’ll continue to use iFix Appliances for all my appliance needs.
