I love my gorgeous new granite countertops with an under mount sink! Thank you, IGS countertops! IGS Showed us a variety of different granite colors and finishes to help us select the best color for our kitchen countertops. Excellent communication - after we ordered they came out to measure and within a couple of weeks, they came back to install the countertops. International Granite and Stone, truly cares about their customers and we greatly appreciate their service.

I had an appointment on July 30, 2024 with Pedro Moreno, the sales person. He gave me an acceptable quote for which I volunteered a $500 deposit. I decided in September to redo the whole kitchen at a later date. I’ve been trying ever since to get me deposit back. They won’t return my many calls, texts or emails to both the headquarters or directly to the sales person. Today, I finally placed a dispute with Master Card in an attempt to get my money back. I have not received any services and they are ghosting me at every attempt I have made to communicate with them. Judge this for yourself. These are the facts. If they never measured my countertops was it even a sale? I think not. Update. I got an email saying that since I did not cancel the order within 3 days, they can charge me a 25% fe

This business is very unprofessional. Called for an appointment to install new counter tops. Appointment set for two weeks out, Monday, Dec 30. Appointment was confirmed by business 3 times prior to Monday. Get text the night before that they cancelled. Changed holiday plans to be at house for appointment. No call, no follow up; they just disappeared. Look elsewhere for your counter tops.

I regret ever choosing IGS for my countertops. They installed a defective porcelain tile countertop, and according to the warranty company, they are responsible for replacing it. However, getting them to follow through has been a nightmare. I’ve called countless times, only to receive an automated text saying they’ve received my voicemail and will reach out. Weeks have passed, and I have yet to hear from anyone. No callbacks, no updates—just complete silence. A company that won’t stand behind its work or honor its obligations under warranty is not one I would ever recommend. If you’re considering using them, think twice. I wish I had gone with a more reputable business that actually cares about its customers!
