Dan and his team did an absolutely incredible job refinishing the hardwood floors in the bedrooms in our home. They were prompt with scheduling, thoroughly explained the whole process, and were able to customize a stain that was perfect for what we had in mind. We appreciate how much they communicated with us during the job as well. Highly, highly recommend!

We had 100-year-old floors that were added to with new planks that were custom-milled in the "period" in width/size & we had some floor that was restored. Ike Hatchett Floors did such a wonderful job redoing my living room floor that now I’m having them do the 3 bedrooms and hallway. They do a great job and it holds up!!! My living room floor looks like they just redid it yesterday but it’s been 4 or 5 years! They are great personable yet professional people. Each time I clean my floors I become frustrated because they were so poorly refinished. I decided to see if a website for Ike Hatchett Floor Finishing was available. We had our wooden floors refinished by Mr. Hatchett while we were out of town. Upon return, we noted many light places where it appeared to have been missed when the finish was applied. Mr. Hatchett came to address our issues and agreed that the floors did not meet his standards. He agreed to to redo the floors while we were at our summer cabin. Again, we noted light areas and an abrupt line by the door where they had not finished properly. We contacted Mr. Hatchett who said he would stop by our house but we did not hear from him again! I have attached photos showing some (not all) of the areas mentioned.
