Ike's reached out to me in a snow storm through a post i wrote in New Albany Indiana. I was needing help as it was cold and my heater was loosing heat. He said he would come and help me. He restarted it and said it was fixed. I was excited and grateful. But the next day it was doing the same. I reached back out to Mike and he said the problem would likely cost me around $7,000! From fixed to broke and a quote without me even knowing what's wrong. Im on all heat pump so my house is all electric. And this was recently. So my electric bill is outrageous and I wake to dropping tempatures and about to go restart it myself and hope it keeps up. But I unfortunately didn't get the help I was told that I would. From $0 to $7,000 over night! And im wondering if it needs refrigerant or a filter or so

I am really glad I chose Ike's. From Richard Gutierrez who initially came to diagnose my existing unit when it quit cooling to Richard Martinez and zayden who installed my new units the service was excellent. Communication with this great company is excellent. Even the owner Ike stop by during installation to make sure everything was going okay. Today Richard Gutierrez is coming back to make sure the installation was done to their quality. Priscilla in the office was great about helping me get financing and keeping me informed of when the guys would be here. I can't say enough about the excellent service I have received from Ike's.

Working with Ike's has been a very positive experience. I had nine headers installed and two compressor units and they're working very well. I've been able to balance my property so that it is cool and comfortable and the customer service has been excellent. When one developed a problem, they sent out their technician right away within 24 hours and diagnose the issue. I would definitely use them again. And the installers they sent out have been very respectful of my property and myself while they're doing the installation.

Brandon was professional, very patient when asking him questions while working on my AC. Fully answered my questions and communicated when he was leaving and returning from picking up parts. Also finally showed me all parts replaced and work done on my AC. Thank you once again for your professionalism.
