I was planning to decommission my oil heater, but decided to keep it as a backup to a new electric system. As a result, I underestimated oil usage and ran out while it was 0F outside. I’d used Delta Western for several years, but they said they couldn’t deliver for 10-14 days. I called Ike’s on Friday to explain my situation, they said they could be out by Monday or Tuesday. They showed up Saturday, dug out my tank (more snow), and filled the tank. 5 stars.
I'm not very knowledgeable about fuel but I've been a customer with Ike's Fuel for about 3 years and I've been very pleased with their service. To me they are very customer-oriented and very down to earth. I like the business and especially the people I've interacted with.
