Buying our countertop at Ilkem was such a great experience. We live about 1.5 hours away but a friend recommended Ilkem’s prices selection and service so we made the trek. Prior to visiting the warehouse I exchanged emails with Shelbi about what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. She was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and willing to work with my budget. When we went to the warehouse Shelbi was already there and had picked different slabs that she thought we might like. We picked one within 15 minutes on a Saturday. The guys did our template the following Wednesday and install was the next week on a Monday. From selection to install was a quick 10 day turnaround.
