Image Maids

Image Maids has been servicing my parents home in Alphretta for years. My parents are not capable of cleaning their home anymore and I trust Image Maids to maintain their home for them. I have always found the home well maintained and clean when I visit weekly and when I've ran into the staff they are always pleasant, have a great appearance and do not ignore my parents. I love having peace of mind knowing their home is handle and they are treated with respect and communicated with. They LOVE when they know the ladies are due to come.

Image Maids does wonderful job and being that there are usually two or three of them. It gets done faster so less disruptive when I'm working from home etc. The ladies are always very nice and friendly.

Unprofessional…. I have used this service for several years and noticed the services going down hill. Upon complaining, noting constant inconsistency - dirty counters and half cleaned floors consistently and asking for a manager to come out to help us reset, the co-owner, which the office manager agreed to do, sent a long text message (one of several) thanking me for my years of service noting (perhaps closer to 10 years with a biweekly) opting to cancel our services as a customer. Thankfully there are several cleaning companies to choose from which I’ll be doing. She made an excellent decision for me.
