Prior to the installation, working with Steve (the owner) was great. The initial visit he was very friendly and personable. He even dropped off his carpet sample board for me to borrow to decide on what carpet to get for my upstairs and basement. My subfloor required both treatment and reinforcement. He sent a crew member to evaluate my subfloors, and he was very professional and friendly. We scheduled for the subfloors to be done and they did an excellent job. Then came time for the carpet installation. I scheduled for the installation to be done at noon since I was out of town. However he sent the crew members to my house two hours earlier than the time we agreed upon, and before I even landed. The crew did an amazing job installing the carpet.
