Found Max in a Facebook group when I needed my washer looked at. He came over the next day and determined the problem. Had to order the part. As soon as he received the part he scheduled to come over. Washer works great now! He is also very reasonably priced. Very knowledgable and polite. Will use him again

This company came three times to fix our ice maker and charged $330, then asked for an additional $175 (originally quoted $495). We were assured there was “no chance” of issues after the final visit. While the ice maker technically works now, the ice is completely frozen together and unusable, making the fix essentially pointless. If the refrigerator had been properly diagnosed from the start, we would have bought a new one—paying close to $600 for ice that can’t be used is ridiculous. We’re now calling a real professional to fix the problem correctly. Extremely disappointed with the diagnosis and value.

Max just left my home. He suggested I purchase a new dishwasher rather than pay him to repair a leak caused by the dishwasher door that needs to be replaced that would cost more than buying a new dishwasher. He's reliable.

I have a small stackable washer and dryer unit. And my washing machine got damaged due to excessive wear and tear and washing oversized loads. They assessed the issue quickly and brought me another machine in excellent condition. I’m very happy with the service.

Maxim accurately identified the problem in the first 30 minutes. Ordering and delivery of the necessary factory parts were fast and high-quality. Maxim replaced and tested everything. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who needs home appliance repair!
