Ordered concrete two days in advance. Called day of delivery to release, lady said they were running a tick behind. 3 hours later called again and they said I never called to release. Cost me time and money which I don’t have a lot of either. Edit: I’m did call me back and give me a discount on the concrete. I’ve used them several times and never had an issue before.
Chris was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and accommodating and was able to help us get our footers done. He was able to work trucks in from other locations in order to help us get the monolithic pour we needed. We can't thank him enough.
