I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of Jake’s work. Every day that I look at my bathroom I’m thrilled with the quality and color of his work. Jake also cleaned and changed the color of our floor tile grout (for 5 years I’ve hated the dark brown color from the previous owner). I was unaware the color could be changed until Jake came to look at other work in our bathroom and I happened to mentioned I hated the grout color. He provided great advice and even applied some test coats of the various shades of gray to help us choose the best color. Jake is experienced, skilled, polite, timely, and very accommodating. If I ever do any other work in my house I’m calling Jake!

We had the best experience with Immaculate Floors. It was easy to schedule our service, they were very professional, great customer service, AND they provided a great quality service. We were impressed with Jake's attention to detail. His passion for his trade comes through in his work and results. Our carpet looked brand new and smelled amazing. We are so thankful we found them.
