Immaculate Swimming Pools

We hired Immaculate pools and signed a contract with them for services. Once they started billing us we found that they consistently, as in every month, charged us double or more for the contracted services. I brought this directly to Tom and he never took the time or effort to address our concerns and in fact ignored us. If you have no qualms overpaying and being ignored, Immaculate Pools is your answer. If not…Stay away!

I Ordered a thermospa 6 months ago and have had 3 problems with it thus far. Immaculate pool and spas is the service company which is about as useful as a chocolate tea pot! They don't come to repair on time and sometimes not at all after setting up an appointment and provide zero feedback! Do not buy this product and do not use this service at all costs! 20k down the drain!

While the owner of the company is a nice guy the quality of the pool service done by his team is of low quality 1) Once to refill the pool they used the pipes from irrigation system and almost flooded by basement. 2) After changing the tiling of the entire pool one years later the tiles already popped out, they charged me to fix the problem and had to come four times to make sure tiles were properly flushed with the walls of the pools 3) During the weekly service the pool was not always vacuumed everywhere 4) Sometime low skilled workers are used 5) When I complained for all of this they told me to change supplier

Did not have a good experience. Over charged me on every invoice. Made up changes. Impossible to find him or talk to him. What a bad experience.
