I had Hailey come out to our house to give us an estimate on some bathroom repairs. I found her to be very friendly, courteous, honest and I felt like she really cared about our situation. She went above and beyond to help us with our bathroom issues. She has been by far the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. If anyone has mold, mildew or need water restorations call I-Mold and ask for Hailey! She was a lifesaver!

I was under a very tight deadline for completion of job. Everyone from John, JT, Tyrell, Tommy and especially Heather Vasquez couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were able to start a day early and met every timeline to complete job and allow for my closing to happen on time. Had daily updates. Heather was just amazing. Never once losing composure, always available working her magic in a most pleasant and positive manner. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is there was a miscommunication on the backend of the job. Understood that anything beyond containment area that needed addressing would be extra. Everyone at iMold is extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Brian arrived at the designated time and did a thorough inspection of several units in my building. He promptly provided feedback including the mold he identified in my bathroom. Next I contracted with the remediation team. Shout out to everyone in the admin staff (including but not limited to Debbie and Crystal) who were so helpful, Edwin the team leader was very thoughtful, extremely competent and an excellent communicator. His team members Hanser and Angel worked diligently to keep things moving and did an excellent job. They cleaned up daily and my home never was dirty despite the all the work they did.
