IMPACT Fine Design

We had all of the cabinetry and closets completed by Impact in our new construction custom home build and had an amazing experience. Our designer provided us with excellent customer service, adjusting our designs to make sure our needs were met multiple times, meeting with us at our job site as well as in their beautiful showroom. The care we recieved and attention to detail from our designer allowed our dream home to be realized. Being the first home I’ve built, this level of service was so appreciated. I have recommended them to several family members who have also used Impact to complete projects in their home. We’re so thankful we chose this amazing company.

We had a leak in our walls and had to have our entire kitchen gutted. I was referred to Impact Fine Design by a friend and I’m so thankful. We re-did our kitchen, created a walk in pantry and mudroom. I shared my ideas and Kristie and her team created the design. Many changes were made along the way as my ideas changed and they were patient and kind. Not only did they help me create a custom design in all 3 areas, but helped guide me in decision making that was functional and not out of my budget. We are located in Greensboro and Kristie came 5 times to measure, monitor progress and make sure installation was as expected. She even pointed out an area I hadn’t noticed, and honestly probably wouldn’t have, that needed to be fixed to her company standards which was amazing. What started out a

Sandi is incredibly kind and accommodating, and very patient throughout the process despite many changes and requests. We’ve done our kitchen and laundry room with Sandi, and love all of our cabinets. When any issues arise, they handle with care, thoughtfulness, and speed. This is a great team!

I cannot express how fabulous Kristie and her design team at Impact Fine design are! From customer service to installation to the finished product! I would hire them again and again!

Everyone that I have worked with on the Impact Design Team, especially Isaiah, Ernesto & Alan have been outstanding. Because of a few complications on my end, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They exceeded my high expectations.
