THE worst company. Bought a house from Pulte, upgraded to wood floors. ILG installed the flooring. Before a year hit, noticed all these cracks, unnecessary use of nails, lifting and huge gaps. No one will fix it even though the representative that came to inspect it said that it’s NOT normal. No responsibility for poor craftsmanship. But I guess it’s Pulte and ILGs fault for being cheap.

If you have purchased a home and ILG is involved, I am very sorry. Since they are a B2B provider, we had no choice. But, we have been in our home for 4 months and none of our issues have been solved in a professional or timely manner. We are still waiting on a cabinet door that was ordered incorrectly at least twice. They are unresponsive, unprofessional and I certainly would not recommend working with them if you have a choice. Our homebuilder's reputation is at risk because of this company as they depend on ILG to deliver the experience they promised the homeowners they sold to. I expect TriPointe to consider other alternatives given what I know is not an isolated incident.

A property manager referred us to this company to fix some flooring in our rental home. They reached out to schedule. I told Daeveon, Friday would work. They never called the day before to give a time. They show up to my home on Friday. Never called before hand. But called when outside the home. And said sorry he was out for a personal issue and couldn’t call. I was not home at the time. I said next Friday. He then said Thursday would be better. Ok so Thursday. Today (Thursday) never showed up. I texted and asked if anyone was coming, he said he was at a funeral and would call the guys to see if they could come by. COME ON!!!! Y’all need to hire someone that more reliable or have someone cover the scheduling while the other person is out. I understand things happen. Cool. But be more prof
