I recently parked at the Imperial/Reef Parking Garage and had an outstanding five-star experience. The garage was clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate, with plenty of available parking spaces. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service and making my parking experience stress-free. The rates were reasonable and competitive, and the payment process was easy and convenient. The garage also had security measures in place that provided an extra level of safety and peace of mind. Overall, my experience at the Imperial/Reef Parking Garage was exceptional and left me wanting to return. Horrible experience. Stay away. The garage attendants are very nice. The company is miserable. My car was damaged last May. No one returns calls or emails. Email address of operation person was changed and now emails keep bouncing back. Park here at your own risk. Turning my case over to my attorney. I have to give this a star in order to post it. Otherwise it would get nothing.

Came here for a Zipcar. Easy enough to get the car but some attendants are not personable.

New, public indoor garage with hourly and monthly rates.
