Impark - Fillmore Heritage Garage Lot 209

The worst ever, avoid at all cost. Everything about it is horrible; kept my car overnight, machine stole my card, told there’s staff on site by help call center but no one is here still stuck in garage I’ve been stuck for over half an hour

DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU ARE ATTENDING AN EVENT AT THE FILLMORE. Your car will be locked in and you will be unable to access it until 6am. We learned this the hard way. The good thing was there were people in the garage exiting. Somehow they got in. We were able to get our car and exit. The signage says garage says it closes at 8pm. No where does it say all entrances are locked. I can say though at least my car was safe by being locked in... hahahaha The phone numbers to call were not accepting any calls. What a way to collect more money. Park on the street!! I guess it would be okay for daytime use. Would not recommend for late night. The garage was well lit

I will never come back here again or use any lots that are linked to impark. There were SEVERAL signs that said the lot was open from 6am-2am Monday-Sunday, it said it online as well. We parked in the lot for a concert and got out around 10pm, around 40 people were locked out and could not get our cars. We all saw the same signs and checked online, then we tried to call the number on the sign and it was disconnected. We had to book a super expensive hotel room and STILL had to pay the overnight charge. Not to mention there were many young adults that were there since it was a concert and many of them had no way of getting a hotel room or my friend and I personally had to walk over 30 minutes to a hotel in San Francisco at 11pm.ON TOP of all this inconveniences, the male staff member was s

I parked there on a Sunday morning for a couple of hours. The parking fee was very affordable and the place looked clean and safe. There was a security person at the entrance. As other reviews mentioned, they close the parking garage at 8pm, and there is a big sign at the entrance that clearly says that. Take it into consideration when you park there. Otherwise, it is a good parking option in the Fillmore district.

Gate closes at 8PM with no clear direction on how to get back into the garage. Impark call center is not available to help. For people who got their car trapped in the garage after hours, try entering the building through 1330 Fillmore St. around the corner, through the glass doors to your right there should be an elevator that will take you to the garage.
