Impark - Monroe Center Parking Lot 32

Total ripoff. There is no way to buy a daily pass, so $35/day is bs. I took 20 mins from paying the ticket to pulling out after parked for only 12 hours, I get charged another $5 at the gate. Leaving again now I'll pay another $27 for 3 hours. So total for less than 20 hours is already $67. They also just increased their prices 20%.

I pay almost $300 a month for monthly parking here. My magnetic strip has always worked. The staff is not on top of what goes on inside the garage. Every single day there are many parkers who take up multiple spots with our cars and park obviously incorrectly just to be jerks. So be wary that your money is apparently not as valuable as other drivers and nobody will do anything about it. People also speed driving through and it’s very dangerous, so be careful if you have small children or pets.

I had a Groupon Ticket for 3 days of parking. I went to the office at the entrance to the garage and confirmed the coupon was valid. I returned to retrieve my vehicle after 2.5 days and nobody was in the parking office. Called 3 listed phone numbers for help and got nobody. The apartment building staff gave me a sticker for my ticket to get out, which didn't work, so I had to pay 35$ in addition to the 40$ Groupon to get out of the parking lot. Awful Experience and I would advise anyone looking for a good deal to park elsewhere.

DO NOT GET A MONTHLY PASS HERE!!! terrible terrible terrible. The magnetic strip to get in and out of the garage rarely works so you can only get in/out if you’re lucky enough to be there when attendant is actually there. Chances are they won’t be though even during open hours. And even if they are there they are the most helpless useless people on earth. It’s also impossible to get in touch with anyone at the corporate office. It is a bigger inconvenience to park here monthly than it is convenient. Don’t do it!!!!

Garage was nice except limited hours over Covid. Didn’t have issue with new transponder that other reviews have, but they just emailed out almost doubling a monthly from $250 to $450.
