Impark (Parking)

One of the first parked cars you see, PA plates, hasn't moved in a year. It's sticking out into the flow of traffic, right at the choke point of most cars entering and exiting from the 62nd Drive entrance. There's another car on 1A that looks like it's been there since the place opened. You'd think they actually tow these cars out, but I'm beginning to think they simply cannot.

If you pay the parking make sure to pay card to have proof that you paid. We inserted our ticket to pay $3 but inserted a $10 instead, we got $7 back and waited for the machine to spit the paid ticket but it broke and said "closed". We waited 20min after pressing the intercom only for them to tell us to go to the front to waste another 10min only for them to tell us we didn't pay and where was our proof that we paid... they wouldn't let us through and made us pay another $3, lesson learned we'll pay with card if we ever park here again.

This parking lot is very large, making it easy to find a spot even during busy times. Compared to other areas in New York City, the prices are quite affordable.

Nothing different from any other parking lots. Just visual security in a larfe booths and seeing 1 out of maybe 3 guards paying attention and the rest on their cellphones.

Great place to park. One of my most used park lots.
