Impark - St. Mary's Square Garage Lot 49

Extremely well lit, not too expensive, and payment system worked flawlessly. Parking spaces can be a little tight for trucks/SUVs, but that is common in San Francisco. Most of all, I felt my truck was safe there. Worth the expense IMHO...

Never use this parking lot. Last Friday, I left my car here, and when I returned, the window was broken , and everything inside had been stolen. But the worst part was when I went to talk to the security person—they were incredibly rude when I tried to find out what happened to my car. I paid for my car to be safe, and they don’t care about protecting it. I can say this complicity because the security person sits in front of the cameras watching everything that happens in the parking lot, so they must have seen the entire robbery and chose to do nothing. Protect your cars and your money—this parking lot is not worth it.

My children wanted to see China town so I figured I would park in a "secured" parking garage. WHAT A JOKE! We walk around Chinatown for about an hour and a half just to come back to our van smashed to pieces! 4 windows broken out by thieves. Luckily enough we were smart enough to still take purses and wallets but they still got some of our luggage and worse of all they took all of my children's souvenirs and my wifes quilt blanket that she has had for 30+ years that she slept with every night!!! This is a very secret parking place for me and my wife. We park and walk to China town or little Italy. Safe, and fair prices

The parking is neat with plenty of spaces. Unfortunately, they charge a ridiculous $46 fee for a lost ticket—even though they have cameras that scan license plates. They said they couldn’t do anything. Again, it’s ridiculous. DO NOT LOST YOUR TICKET!
