Impark - Sutter Stockton Garage Lot 103

The parking garage is relatively clean and has good sized parking spaces. It also has a limited number of electric car charging stations. There are 3 exits for the garage, one of them is not always open. The 4th story one is only open weekdays from 12-8 pm The parking fee is reasonable and break-in incidents are not too frequent.

Paid for parking but the machine ate the ticket without raising the bar. Was held hostage for over 20 minutes while multiple people tried to hand count hundreds of tickets to “validate “ my purchase. Huge waste of time, rude and disrespectful staff. The staff became threatening when we asked if we need to call the cops since we were being held against our will. They finally found the ticket and buzzed us out - would provide negative stars if possible. This was the worst parking experience I’ve ever had.

Visited November 2024 --As the Union square parking was full, we ended up here, a block away @ most. The garage was freshly painted, and decorated with Christmas blow up characters,& snowmen. Several employees on hand to offer assistance. The garage was well lit, with clean elevators & stairwells. We did not see any graffiti, litter, or stains anywhere. My daughter and I felt very safe parking here---highly recommend. (PS-hourly rates lower than Union square.)

It is a parking garage and is very good at being a parking garage. Generally has available spaces unless there is a large event going on in the downtown Union Square area. The garage can be difficult to get to at times depending on the traffic but overall he's in a great location and is easily accessible.

Tight squeeze not bad for Union square area. $12
