This was my first time buying from Imperial WA A/C Supply Company, and I’m very impressed. The store is well-stocked, clean, and organized. I was helped quickly and respectfully. Mr. Ancel Acevedo was very professional and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me confidence in the quality of the products. I ordered Milwaukee 2806-22 on April 1, 2023. That’s a hammer drill with 2 batteries, a charger, and a case sold as 1 package in 1 box. They shipped ONLY THE BATTERIES AND CHARGER on the 5th, and I received it on the 7th. There was no communication from them whatsoever other than an email that said my Milwaukee 2806-22 shipped. I messaged and called. Finally spoke to someone, who seemed a bit remorseful. He said they will receive the drill on Wednesday and have it to me by Thursday the 14th. Thursday, I received the bare tool, drill only. It did not have the box that holds the drill, batteries, or charger. It is doubtful that they even will get it. I would even be happy with a Milwaukee Packout tool case with foam insert for it if they can’t get the original box. No response when I sent 2

I went to to store because the AC in my dad's home (from 1993) went out. I checked the fuses and they were ok. The sales person helped me to check the run capacitors since my multimeter does not read uF and we determined that one of the capacitors was still working, but the readings were less than what the capacitor was rated for. We purchased a new run capacitor for the fan. The sales clerk, also mentioned that contactor plates frequently fail. Indeed, the contactor plate on my dad's unit did look like it was in good shape. We purchased a new contactor plate, installed it, and the AC worked perfectly. Imperial AC Supply saved the day. I will definitly come back if I have AC problems or need to purchase parts.
