Imperial Glass and Mirror

Horrible customer service. We purchased sliding doors form Imperial Glass. One of the handles broke. Timothy said Raul at Imperial Glass was familiar with the issue. After weeks of waiting and several emails asking for help- there was NO response from Raul. Avoid this company.

We made the call to Imperial Glass because we had a shower glass emergency where my original cheap framed glass shower had exploded. My old shower was installed by the home builder and it lasted less than 3 years. LUCKILY we found Imperial glass and they saved the day! They installed a brand new beautiful frameless glass shower. The new shower glass is thick and made with much better materials. Not only is it beautiful, but it’s safe and secure. My bathroom now looks sleek and modern. Such an elegant look. Had a custom mirror made and installed in our home. The technicians were meticulous in their work. Their attention to detail and obsession with perfection was indeed very impressive.
