Bob is the best home inspector you can get. He has a lot of experience, tons of knowledge and he knows how to explain to home buyer what their new house is about. Of course a house has issues but unlike some other inspectors he's not scaring you with his reviews, instead he is educating you so you can make a rational decision. Other bonuses: - he has an infrared gun and all kind of other gadgets to make a thorough inspection that few other inspectors have. - he has a lift to do a roof inspection like no other.

Bob was extremely thorough inspector and was very knowledgeable in building construction and preventative maintenance measures. He talked us through the operation of every appliance and aspect of the home. He provided us with a very detailed and professional report. We used Bob from Imperial Home Inspections for what will be our 3rd (and hopefully final) home purchase. The previous two home inspection companies didn't even come to close to the level of professionalism and thoroughness that Bob used to inspect our future home. One of the biggest differences I can tell you was time. Where previous home inspections may have only taken about an hour, Bob spent 4 hours covering everything possible. For some, that may seem like a daunting amount of time. And, I have to be honest, as the time was going by my mind started to wander a little bit. Potential buyers of our home used Imperial Home Inspections to perform their an inspection of our home. While the inspection was thorough, the inspector carelessly left the shower and oven on. This could have caused major damage to our home. While he has the buyers interest in mind, sellers beware.
