Imperial Overhead Garage Door Repair

Brett arrived to repair the door within 20 minutes of my initial call to ask for service. He assessed the situation quickly and offered a precise diagnosis of the problem. He offered a solution to the issue, proposed the cost of the repair and stated he could fix it quickly. After accepting the offer, Brett went to work on the door and finished the job in about 20 minutes. I inspected his work as he pointed out the various areas of door work. He noted that the door opened smoothly and was noticeably quieter with the installation of nylon wheels. We completed the transaction and was in his way! I’m very pleased with the speed of the response and the speed of the repair! And , the repairs are covered by a 60-day warranty!

Scott was very good and experienced to work with. Other technicians were asking to replace the garage door, but scott was able to fix it. Hopefully it will work perfectly, will see.

I called Imperial overhead at 1:00 pm to give me an estimate to fix or replace my garage door. They could have just said it needed to be replaced but instead saved me 100's by replacing the rollers and hardware and made it the same day!!!
