Matt was very responsive and the tech that came out was very professional and did a great job.

Came home from the holidays late last night to my outside tankless water heater flowing to the ground like a icy waterfall. I called Imperial Plumbing this morning and an hour and a half Jeremiah their service tech arrived. He knew exactly what the problem was going to be and had all the parts with him. He explained exactly what was going on and how he was going to fix the problem. When he saw I didn’t understand anything said he repeated it all in terms I could understand. He was in and out of here quickly and all is working as it should. Everyone was nice and professional and took great care of me and my house. Thank you very much Jeremiah and Imperial Plumbing!

Man, if you ever are in the need for plumbing service do yourself a favor and go buy some drains and a stick before calling this place. It’s guaranteed to work 20x better than this company. Matt ( I believe that is his name) was one of the strangest , most aggressive , unprofessional person I’ve ever met. He was more concerned with baseball cards then he was fixing my issue. Then after I shared my displeasure he begs to make threats towards me. Lucky for us both his threats were like his work… he won’t do anything …

This company is the real deal. We had a leak in our crawlspace so we stumbled upon Imperial after several others wanted a ton of money for an after hours visit. They worked with us to do the work the next morning super early at 5:30AM to help lower the cost which is something no one else offered. They contacted me 20 minutes before arrival and actually arrived 10 minutes early. The problem was quickly identified and resolved in 20 minutes. The price was much better than any other company we called offered. I'll not use another company for my plumbing needs in the future. We need more businesses like this.

I have used Imperial plumbing for some small jobs such as a new sink faucet installation, new wax ring under two toilets, leaking pipe in my crawl space. They always do a great job, and the labor rates are very reasonable. I would recommend.
