Great customer service and Glenda was very helpful in guiding us with picking slabs. We ended up getting 2 different patterns and they’re good and moving them to be side by side so you can really see what the combination will look like. Highly recommend them!

We are in LOVE with our porcelain countertops from our new kitchen remodel. Our contractor recommended Imperial Tile & Stone. We worked with Karen who was incredible! She was patient and very knowledgeable. I met with her twice and we also interacted over the phone. She was lovely and understanding when I had to reschedule our appointments a few times because of our child being sick. My husband wanted to go with a glossy countertops and I agreed when we placed the order. Afterwards I had a change of heart after realizing how shiny the kitchen may look since we were using a lot of stone. Karen was able to change our order to a natural matte finish and made it very easy. I was so scared it was too late as it was our fault and she let me know not to worry at all and that the change w

After 4 trips to look over two months, I made sure everything was in place before demolition. Then I purchase 4 porcelain slabs when I'm ready for them and then they sell those slabs to a contractor out from under me. Totally screwed me. And I had asked about delivery which the lady said they don't do. So I made other arrangements for that. The day I bought the slabs I let her know I was getting charged $600 for delivery. She just said that seems high. Then the next day I get the call that those slabs we looked at were now not available. So I go in right then to get a refund and ad I arrive there's a big flatbed truck with Imperial Tiles written on the side. Amazing selection of tile. The store is very open and layed out so well, you don’t feel overwhelmed. And the best part is there is always someone there to help. Brooke is especially helpful and has excellent taste.
