These people are unbelievably customer centric. Employee owned company and it shows! Firewood is the best I’ve ever had delivered. Their tree work is outstanding. If you want cheap, call someone else. If you want great service with outstanding people, put Imperial on speed dial.

Had a very large silver maple that needed to come down. It was surrounded by a hosta garden with no easy access. Imperial came in with crane and made it a relatively smooth job. Would definitely use them again. A+

Used for the first time for firewood and honestly will be the last time. The customer service was excellent when ordering but.... I ordered a 1/3 cord and not only is one quarter of it water logged and needs to be dried before use but another quarter I'm going to have to go and split again which elimates the reason for me ordering firewood in the first place. Not totally dissatisfied but won't use them again.
