They were professional, friendly, punctual, and paid attention to every detail. The floors came out beautiful — even better than I imagined. The team, including Ricardo Barona was exceptional. They were punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the entire project. We really appreciated their attention to detail; they did a great job of containing dust and debris and cleaning up daily before they left. Imperial Flooring: A Nightmare Experience Imperial Flooring (formerly known as Emily’s Flooring) was hired to replace my 2,500 square feet of red oak wood floors with white oak. What followed was a series of shortcuts, errors, and deceit that left my home in shambles. They repeatedly cut corners and made numerous mistakes, only to take more shortcuts to hide their sloppy work. They lied continuously about their plans to fix the mess they created. They destroyed my stairs and left several areas of the floors unfinished. They made a number of bad cuts in the wood, especially on the stairs, and instead of redoing them properly, they filled the defects with pink wood filler that doesn't match the floors (see photos).
