Our Townhouse Association has suffered from major water damage issues for years. Our balcony floors leaked into our units. The windows and sliding doors were not sealed properly. Eddie is a major pro on solving water problems. Their crew are amazing. Very professional, very efficient, and well worth the investment. We had a second floor balcony with a leak and old pavers and weeds growing up from below. Edy knew exactly what to do in addition to making it look terrific. It took a few weeks and we are thrilled with the result. He is the ultimate professional with advanced knowledge of waterproofing. Next year we will use Edy for our third floor balcony.
