Impressive Floors

Had my floors changed from Rugs to Floating floors. They look beautiful and our family loves them. Had a very nice crew working very hard and professionally. They explained everything in details as they were going along and asked our preferences on certain details. The crew was a pleasure to have in our home. Our floors look amazing all due to the hard work and dedication of a very professional crew. I will gladly recommend the company and the workers on a very high level. Impressive Floors installed our carpet in June of 2021 shortly after we closed on our new home. They were willing to schedule us in a very tight time frame to accommodate several home renovations and a painter. We were very gratuitous in their ability to fit us in their schedule, but shortly after moving in, we noticed some issues with the installation. We contacted Impressive Floors with our concerns and they quickly sent the installer out to address them, but concerns dealing with the stairwell were left unresolved. When the installers returned for repairs, we shared our concern regarding the carpeting on the staircase; a noticeable lack of carpet padding on the outside of the spindles and seams. ImPressive Floors was amazing to work with! After meeting with Susan and Kristie initially to discuss what we were looking for, they gave us pattern samples we hadn't even thought of and we found one from their suggestions that was perfect! Jason came that very week to measure the space we needed replaced. We received the estimate within two days, placed the order & then Bobby and his team (who were awesome!) came and layed the flooring within 2 weeks (even after we told them not to rush because the area was not regularly used and would be sitting vacant, they still made us feel that our home and this project were top priority). The entire team was above professional, easy to work with and did an amazing job! We love our floors and we feel confident they will ImPress future guests! ⭐️⭐️⭐
