We recently had our roof, shutters and gutters redone by Impriano roofing. Along with shutters, capping and a decorative point as well. The work was completed over two days. Our experience was excellent from the gentleman who did the initial estimate to the communication from the office staff to the crews that came to our home. The crews that performed the job worked extremely hard and were very respectful of both my family and our property. We could not be happier with the process and how good the finished project looked. Impriano did an amazing job! They quickly identified and corrected mistakes made by a previous contractor, and the difference in quality was noticeable right away. The team was professional, efficient, and my roof looks great. I highly recommend Impriano for any roofing needs!

We lost shingles in a storm and called Impriano (they had installed the roof 27 years ago) to see about doing a repair. Kevin came out and advised that he was pretty sure the shingles were discontinued. A couple hours later he confirmed the shingle status and recommended contacting insurance to start a claim. He also advised the sales department to reach out and set up an appointment. The sales rep Brendan was out a few days later and gave an estimate to replace the roof. He was very informative, not pushy, no long presentation required, but all the necessary info was supplied. The insurance process took some time, waiting for the adjuster to come, and having to pull a shingle to confirm that there was not an available match for repair.
