DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR FLOWER BEDS!!!!! I wish I had a choice in the landscapers our HOA chooses. They owe me hundreds of dollars now. Just yesterday after the company has been MIA for 3 weeks. (They come every tuesday) I thought my garden would finally be safe...... I was wrong. All 4 of my rose bushes cut to the ground, my hydrangea gone, my lambs ear, hostas, lupines, Peruvian lillies, lavender. ALL GONE! I just have a dirt flower bed now and nothing to show for the year of hard labor. I have re planted this garden for the last 2 years now and they just destroy it! They are back a second day today because they chose to not leaf blow our patios. Honestly the most inexperienced and unreliable company I have ever encountered. I wish I could leave 0 stars. This company has been nothing but a disappointment. We moved into our HOA in January of 2024 and have been forced to utilize these services (we receive 0 vote - which is part of the problem). We have openly been told by the company we receive "cheaper" services therefore the services provided are poor - which is an incredible statement made by a company. I have never been more frustrated and disgusted by a company and the services they provide. Landscaping: Our fall "clean up" does not include cut back of anything on our property. They blow everyone's leaves into the woods in our backyard, which as you can imagine, just blows back onto our lawn by the time they leave (we have a small lawn). And this is all that they do, which they call a fall clean up.

They finally came to weed but didn’t stay long. Left large weeds behind. It’s been 13 days since I notified them about this, and I can’t even get a definitive response about when they will be back to finish the job.

IMPULLITI has damaged our driveways, sprinkler systems, lawns, Tree's, Evergreens, landscape lighting, beds, Slate/Stone and Porcelain custom entrance.
