My hat is off to Zack, the electrician from In Charge that fixed my chandelier today. It had literally dropped from the ceiling mount and was hanging by the wires. After waiting a month for a different company to do the job I called In Charge yesterday and today it is fixed properly. It was improperly hung when the house was built. Being a Navy electrician and watching Zack I feel he is an outstanding electrician with a great future ahead of him. In Charge definitely has there stuff together. He showed up early and got the job done quickly. Life is expensive right now, however I feel the fee for this appropriate and fair! If you need electrical work I highly recommend In Charge Electric and perhaps you will get Zack as your electrician. You will be happy!

I was very pleased with my experiences with In Charge Electric and would use their services again, without hesitation, if the need arises. When I called them about my wiring concerns, their representative gave me an accurate estimate of likely costs and scheduled my service rather quickly. When the technician, Alex, arrived he was clearly quite familiar with how to troubleshoot/identify the wiring problem. He was all the things you’d like to have in a service like his - knowledgeable, polite, and willing to answer questions in addition to completing the service. I have the needed confidence in the company to recommend them to others and contact them again, if needed.

Zach showed up on time and got right to work. Diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired were made. Tech was personable and told me exactly what was repaired. Happy with the price and will be using them and Zach back if needed in the future.

Randy was very detailed on what he was doing. Very good at fixing it efficiently and he was very helpful and reasonable with the cost he charge you for what he does and not just add things on to get the money he cares about he work. I'm glad I called him he was the greatest he's the man i will call from now on. Thank you randy. 😊
