I was told it would be $110 to clean my home. After cleaning, the owner said it would be $180 because she is slow and it took longer because her other housekeeper wasn't available. WHAT? How is that my fault?. And she said it took longer because it hadn't been cleaned in a while. NOT TRUE. My kids and I have kept up with the housekeeping while I have been recovering from surgery. I just went back through the house. Glass top tables are streaked. Streaks and smudges on the floor. Dust on my dresser, the bathroom and kitchen countertops and trash cans, top of the toilet tank. One of the housekeepers noticed that the master bedroom lightbulb was burned out and changed it which I thought was very nice ... until I tried to turn the light on that night and it doesn't work. Oh my goodness. My kitchen looks amazing. It is so CLEAN. I can't remember the last time that everything in the entire kitchen was spotless and organized. Allen and Britney didn't stop. The two of them had the energy of 4 people. They cleaned the inside of each cabinet, as well as the inside of the refrigerator and freezer. They cleaned everything from the top of my refrigerator to the floorboards. I want them to come back and deep clean and detail the rest of my house, including my basement. They are worth every penny I paid them.

Alan did a phenomenal job. Fantastic experience and I will be definitely using them again. Highly recommended!

2 man crew arrived on tome and worked straight through. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the job. Very reasonable fee. Would recommend or use again should need arise

We hired In & Out Home Detailing to work on our front and back flowerbeds. The flowerbeds were overgrown, but the plants were healthy - they just needed some overdue TLC. In & Out started the project on June 11 and told us that they'd come back to finish it in 2-3 weeks. After asking for updates and receiving zero communication from them, they finally responded 3 weeks after they were supposed to finish the project (6 weeks from the start date), to tell us that they won't be finishing. The final text they sent made it seem like we were aggressive or harassing, but my husband and I are appeasing/laid back to a fault.
