I had a vintage MCM footstool that was looking a little worse for wear. The old vinyl was yellowing a bit, it got a weird mark on the top when I moved that I couldn't get out & some seams were starting to split. I found the perfect turquoise houndstooth fabric to match the turquoise chair it sits with & as soon as my fabric arrived I took it over to Dave to talk details. I opted to not do the tufted buttons on top, but kept the cute piping detail & he added some new filling (there was straw inside!) & a new dust cover on the bottom. He also gave me 4 new end caps for the feet since 2 were missing & I wanted them all to match. He had it finished the next day & charged me an incredibly reasonable $75 for an excellent job that will hopefully give this footstool another 60 years of life! I'm s

Dave did an amazing job repairing my armchair with a detached spring. He got the job done within a couple hours and charged a fair price. He went out of his way to add extra padding inside to make the chair more comfortable. He is incredibly kind and easy to work with. I will go to him again the next time I have a piece of furniture that needs to be repaired.

We brought in a sad and broken ottoman that was literally in pieces, belonging to a dear great-grandmother… and just days later were returned a beautiful piece we will continue to cherish in the family. Highly recommend!

Dave did an awesome job reupholstering the seats on 6 antique dining room chairs we have. He had tons of fabric books to choose from and let us take them home to look at them in the daylight and in our space. He then called me when he was ready to start working on the chairs - I brought them in on a Thursday and they were ready Saturday morning! They look beautiful and are comfy to sit on because he added some foam. Very reasonably priced compared to other local options. We are so pleased with our new chairs!

Our antique dining chair seat cushions were recovered expertly and quickly. The cost was reasonable given the amount of labor and the high quality foam used. I appreciated being able to bring in our own fabric.
