My experience with In The Light Roofing was outstanding. My first contact was with John Reynolds who walked the roof, took many photos, provided an estimate, and was onsite when the insurance company inspector came to look at the wind damage. After signing a contract I was immediately contacted by Anthony who scheduled the work to start in only a few days. The work crew led by Keylor arrived promptly at 7AM as scheduled and protected the exterior of my home, removed the old roof, made repairs, installed the new roof, and perfectly cleaned the work site in one day even though they had to replace 11 sheets of plywood, which was unexpected. I would work with this company again and would recommend them to others. Great communication during the entire process.

In the Light Roofing was recommended to us via the Nextdoor app. This was the best customer service experience I’ve seen. John Reynolds came to our house and did a thorough inspection of our roof, including inspecting the attic. John explained the process and presented options to us that were the best choices in the industry. We agreed to the job, which was scheduled in a timely manner. Once the work began, the owner of the company, Bryson was onsite and informed us of all the steps in the process. My wife and I are thoroughly satisfied with the end result and we do not hesitate to recommend In the Light Riding to anyone needing their services. Kudos for a job perfectly done!

I received high quality service from In The Light Roofing from start to finish. My roof repair was completed within 24 hours of my initial phone call requesting a quote. The price was great, and lower than I had anticipated. The Project Manager Keylor was professional and thorough with the repair.

I would like to start with, that the work that was done was “impeccable” in my opinion as there was extreme attention to detail. The process from start to finish was professional and informative throughout, with having a project manager (Bill) on site to address any concerns that arise which was a plus and was very easy to work with as well as with (Juan) who did the estimate and communicated well on what was to be done and was also present throughout the installation for any concerns. I found their pricing was extremely reasonable considering what I received. They even went above and beyond what my contracted estimate was (I.e. add’l ridge vents added that wasn’t included) simply because they felt it was needed. I mean who does that. A tree had fallen on my mother’s house causing damage to the roof. In the Light Roofing did an excellent job with the repair. I was so pleased with the company that I hired them to replace the roof on my house. John Renolds was a pleasure to work with; I found him to be an honest and caring man. After the job was completed, my neighbor called me to tell me my roof looked great. Once again, In The Light Roofing did not disappoint me.
